The Croatian Hunting Association is dedicated to promoting responsible and sustainable hunting practices. It aims to conserve Croatia's rich biological and ecological diversity by managing game within designated hunting grounds and other areas. This involves nurturing, protecting, and hunting game while also safeguarding their natural habitats. Furthermore, the association is committed to upholding hunting ethics, preserving nature, and safeguarding the human environment.

The Association collaborates with competent state authorities, scientific and educational institutions, public and private enterprises, associations, and federations to accomplish its objectives. As a member of the International Council for Hunting and Game Conservation (CIC), the Association can engage with other international associations and agreements. Alternatively, it can establish international partnerships following applicable regulations.

The Association is tasked with carrying out the following activities to accomplish the established objectives.
  1. Bringing together all members of the Association in the Republic of Croatia to work in harmony with existing regulations.
  2. It manages the release of its newsletter, Lovački vjesnik, and other specialised literature related to the exciting world of hunting.
  3. The organisation seeks to enhance hunting education and training and cultivate hunting ethics among its membership and the general public.
  4. Our organisation assists hunting associations with insurance for member injuries and accidents during hunting activities through authorised insurance providers.
  5. In collaboration with its members, the organisation arranges and administers examinations for hunters, game wardens, hunting trophy evaluators, and other related professional hunting roles.
  6. The organisation provides professional consulting services, seminars, lectures, and various forms of support to hunting associations in collaboration with their members.
  7. The organisation encourages and supports scientific research activities related to hunting.
  8. We support and help shape hunting and nature protection laws and by-laws.
  9. Participates in organising, developing, and improving working hunting, cynology, and hunting archery.
  10. The organisation encourages its members to engage in collaboration with legal and natural entities and institutions to foster the economic development of hunting tourism;
  11. Croatia promotes the hunting tradition by preserving and showcasing the country's notable trophies in the Hunting Museum and at relevant hunting exhibitions.
  12. awards hunting medals, recognitions and awards to its members and their members for valuable and dedicated work at the proposal of its members from art. 1 of the Statute;
  13. 13. By special regulations and personal needs, a business company is established to engage in specific business activities related to hunting;
  14. Following the provisions of this statute, deals with the sale of certain goods;
  15. Manages the production, registration, and issuance of exclusive hunting permits to its members.
  16. Perform other duties and activities stipulated by laws, regulations, and this Statute.
